How do ship your jewelry?

We ship items insured via USPS Priority mail (2-3 days). If you have special shipping requests (preferred carrier, etc.), please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate you. KJB reserves the right to ship items according to best method available in some situations.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase KJB will gladly replace it or provide a refund, whichever you prefer for up to 60 days. After that period, KJB provides a warranty on all pieces for up to one year after purchase.

Why or how would I host a jewelry party?

To get FREE jewelry! Hosting a jewelry party is a great opportunity for you and your guests to get together, enjoy some refreshments and try on any of the jewelry you see on this website, as well as new and exclusive pieces we haven't posted yet. Hosts get 15% of total sales to put toward free jewelry. If you're interested, please get in touch. We have invitations and ideas to help you reach out to friends.
